When do tickets for the NZ Tattoo go on sale?

  • Tickets go on sale to the General Public at 9am on Tuesday 23 October 2018

  • Presale access will be available from Monday 1 October 2018 to the following groups:

    • New Zealand Tattoo waitlist subscribers

    • Palmerston North City Ratepayers

    • New Zealand Defence Force personnel

  • Waitlist subscribers will be emailed a presale password prior to 1 October

  • Take your military ID or rates bill and identification into one of three local Ticket Direct outlets below to purchase.

    • Central Energy Trust Arena

    • Palmerston North Conference & Function Centre

    • Regent on Broadway.

What if it rains?

  • Refund and cancellation policy: The New Zealand Tattoo is an all-weather event so come prepared for NZ’s changeable weather. The event will only be cancelled if the conditions are deemed dangerous by the event organisers.

  • If cancellation occurs, tickets will be refunded only at the point of purchase.

Am I able to cancel or refund my tickets?

  • No refunds on tickets except where required by law.

  • There will be no refund of any unused portion of a ticket if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave for any of the reasons set out in the terms and conditions or if you cannot attend.

  • Promoter reserves the right to change, add, withdraw or substitute artists in the line-up, vary the advertised program, and deny admission to the event site with reasonable cause.

What is your Policy Regarding Children?

 Tickets for Children:

(a) 1 Year and Under: children aged under 2 years  (as at Event Date) are admitted free of charge. They will not be allocated a seat therefore must sit on laps at all times.

(b) Children Under 16: Children who are 2 years of age are to buy a child's ticket 

All children under 18 Years of age (minors) must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult, parent or guardian.
 

How do I print my E-ticket's in hard copy?

You can print your E-tickets on your home printer in black and white or colour, on standard A4 paper. Please ensure that the barcode has printed correctly, so we can scan your ticket correctly at the gate.
